Grading Criteria

- 0%:
have not made a reasonable effort to solve the problems
e.g. blank submission; attempted less than 5 questions out of 10 questions listed above in Assignment 1

- 75%:
have made a reasonable effort to solve the problems
e.g. attempted 5 or more questions out of 10 questions listed above in Assignment 1

- 100%
have made a reasonable effort to solve the problems and the answers are generally correct
e.g. attempted 8 or more questions out of 10 questions listed above AND the answers to those 8 questions out of 10 questions listed above are correct in Assignment 1.

Thus, most students who have made a reasonable effort to solve the problems in Assignment 1 will get at least 75% of out of 100% in Assignment 1.
